Since the late 2000s Ed Atkins has been producing video works that are a compelling fusion of experimental sound, writing and digital animation. Often built around a central monologue they offer viewers instances of strangeness, complexity and beauty, truly indefinable moments that seem to reveal something essential about modern life.
